Incoming Material Inspection
Operators check out all the material according to the bill of material (BOM). It stops defective parts flowing into production.

Semi-product Inspection
PCB testing is carried out followed by luminaires testing, and power testing. They guarantee the Vipple products be able to suffer the toughest environments.

Finished Goods Inspection
We do solder paste inspection and perform accelerated aging test. 100% inspection will be conducted before delivering to you.

Sample Inspection
You can order a sample to see if it is worth further cooperation. You will receive a sample inspection report as well, allowing you to know about the product function, performance, overall appearance and dimensions etc.

Product Inspection
Product inspection is an important part of an effective quality control program. It allows you to get a snapshot of the quality of your shipments and facilitates us to monitor the manufacturing process.
You will receive the goods along with an inspection report. The report provides detailed information about product parameters, spectrum, PAR value etc. If there are any issues, we will help you manage them in the most effective way, since all parts are traceable.
