What makes Led Grow Lights more effective than traditional lighting for indoor growing?

SWITCHUP – Able to be switched between `grow` & `bloom` spectrums (or both together). Individually reflected 5watt LEDs.
E27 – Bulb style grow lights that fit in standard `screw in` light sockets. Using 3watt LEDs and 1-2 spectrums.
