1. Why some led bulb seems not lighting when turning on the power?
It should be the IR led bulb, which can not see its lighting with Naked-eyes. Please do not think it not working.
2. If one LED broken, will it affect the working of other LEDs?
No! It won't affect other LEDs, the others still work. Our design is that every led has a protective diode, It is very safe. Protective diode protector for each Led. Even one Led fails, the other LEDs will still keep working.
3. What is the lumen value of this product?
Plant growth requires PAR PPF PPFD values, not lumens. You can refer to the values in my product description.
4. How long is the warranty period for the product?
We offer a 3-5 year warranty. During the Warranty period, if any defects happen, please send us a picture or a video and our engineers will analyze the problem is. We will asap give you a solution.
5. Why is red light important for plants? Why is blue light important for plants?
Red light is very important to plant reproduction. Phytochrome pigments absorb the red and far-red portions of the light spectrum and regulate seed germination, root development, tuber and bulb formation, dormancy, flowering, and fruit production. Blue light stimulates Chlorophyll production more than any other color, encouraging thick leaves, strong stems, and compact vegetative growth.
6. What kind of plant you can grow with our LED Grow Lights?
