At first, the plant lamps used in plant factories include incandescent lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps, fluorescent lamps, and other traditional lamps, and the most popular plant lamp light source is the led light source. The space charge region formed at their junction is called the PN junction. Through the migration and recombination of electrons and holes in the PN junction, it emits light. Different PN junction compounds have different luminescence properties.
